Dani Grassi - Executive Director


Dani comes with years of experience as a business owner with expertise that includes Sales, Operation & Development, Consultation, IT, Recruiting/Job Placement Services, Project Management, Public Speaking & Training, Writer & Author, Grant Writing, Non-Profit, Organizations, Manufacturing, Real Estate, and the list goes on. She sits on several non-profit corporations. She is a tireless proponent of community service and alternative education. She earned a B.A. in Business Administration with a Minor in Marketing & Computer Science and a M.B.A. in Business Management & Operations. She is the current business owner of several companies. She was appointed by the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) for the Ohio Business Advisory Council, is a recipient of the Ronald Reagan Gold Medal, and was honored in the Wall Street Journal Newspaper numerous times. Dani is an active Catholic/Christian who continues to work within the Church, children ministries, and charitable organizations.

 K. Ervin - General Manager

 

Kareem Ervin has over 13 years of recruiting and career consulting experience for the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC). He holds a degree in Psychology and a Masters in Counseling from Prairie View A&M University. He has helped plan and organized dozens of program policies and procedures with various state and local programs.  His initial experience comes by way of social
service, where he worked as a Career Consultant for many years. Kareem is a very dedicated and passionate man that never stops until the job is done. He is a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc., believing that each person must preserve in order to succeed. He also offers the willingness to work on the front lines, serving as an Outreach Coordinator for the TANF & SNAP programs in both Central and North Texas.  He also believes in standing behind all of his colleagues that he manages, to help make sure that the company achieve and exceed their goals.
