Senior Virtual Recruiter:


Responsibilities & Requirements:


-  You are responsible for finding and screening driver applicants.

 

-  You will collect all supporting documentation that applies to each companies specifications.

 

- You will track all leads and all applicants in a easy to use CRM Driver Tracking system.


- You will be advertising and posting ads for all types of Drivers which include: 

  

     (OTR, Regional, Local, Northeast, West Cost, Southeast, Central, Flatbed, Dry Van, Owner Operators, Straight truck, Van,

       Box Car, Doubles, Specialized, Refer, HHG, Company Drivers, Team Drivers, and etc.)

 

- Experienced in working with Craigslist, social networking sites, trucking sites, and other avenues to attract hungry Drivers

   who want better pay, benefits, and long term driving careers with strong transportation companies that have a secured future.

 

- You can make unlimited amount of income; DGTTT does not cap your commissions ever.


- Regularly attend training and weekly virtual meetings.

 

- Key words should describe your working abilities: multitasking, fast paced, detailed oriented, accuracy, organized, self-motivated, self-directing,    

  professional, ethical, positive can do attitude, follow directions, and above all – you must be able to relate to all types of drivers.


- Sales and marketing experience is preferred but not required.

 

- You must have 1 year of solid recruiting experience and can handle up to 11-15 different accounts along with understanding  the stipulations and

   hiring protocols within each company account.

 

- You must be computer literate which includes understanding how to post for drivers, seeking alternative internet resources in reaching drivers, and have

   the ability to hold virtual conference calls via the internet through video meeting conferences.

 

- You must be willing to learn all of our Transportation companies different products.


- We are only seeking long term recruiters who can deliver results; in return, you will make an unlimited amount of income.

 

- Understands this is a commission driven job; this is not an easy position.
