Business Sales Acquisition Director (Transportation Accounts)


We have contracts with Transportation Companies who continually grow and our projected to increase by at least 50% over the next several years. 

Transportation companies seek to contract with DGTTT because of our high standards, quality, and committed drivers. We increase transportation

driver’s retention rate by ensuring that each driver understands company policy and look at each driver’s long-term goals to ensure these goals match

with the company the driver is seeking. We work with some of the best Transportation companies in the Industry. 

 

Overview:


Your primary goal is to aquire new transportation accounts that need all types of Transportation Drivers. Your position is critical to the success and

growth of DGTTT. You will develop a book of business with our current accounts and new accounts. You will act as the liaison between our clients and

executive team. One of the basics of any acquisition effort is to qualify potential customers; hence, you will create, identify, locate market, sell, contract,

and develop a strong presence in the Transportation Industry throughout the US regions.

 

This position drives the overall sales and profitability within DGTTT.


 

Duties & Responsibilities:

 

1. To aquire, scout, solicite, network, and all aspects of sales to secure exclusive or non-exclusive contracts with all types of Transportation

    Companies that need all types of Drivers.  

 

2. Introduce DGTTT as one of the Premier Recruiting Placement Transportation Agencies that specializes in Driver Placements throughout the US.

 

3. Maintaning accounts organized while ensuring all documents we provide are being tracked  and recorded correctly.

 

4. Ask companies that we are awarded contracts for to endorse and/or give us a written recommendation and/or testimonal once we have proven

    that we can do the work well.

 

5. Ensure that we (DGTTT) has updated and correct hiring information such as all requirements, application, releases, correct pay, price

    per mile, hiring regions, maps, benefits, perks, and all other information that applies so that DGTTT Recruiters can place Drivers in said company.

 

6.  Support the executive team company standards that enforces professional ledgeable applications and all items that each company has

     requested.

 

7.  DGTTT is to exceed expections at all times.

 

8. Assisting withVirtual Online Training when adding a new Transportation Company that has recently been aquired to ensure that all recruiters

    understand all requirements and guidelines by said company.

 

9. Update and communicate with the executive team regularly on progress made, set backs, issues, and/or other items needed to complete and

    meet your goals.

 

10. Responsible for performance measures – new customer accounts,and total revenue from new customer accounts.


11. Develop a targeted account list of all potential accounts.


12. Develop customer needs, prepare sales presentations via phone or video conferencing, negotiate and create proposal contracts, provide client

      customer follow up procedures, and assist the executive team in creating a completed recruitment package for our recruiting team.


13. Answer and resolve all customer concerns, complaints, or issues that need addressed.


14. Coordinate and monitor performance of recruiters and driver placements.


15. Responsible for building and maintaining effective business relationships with internal and external clients/recruiters/team in order to retain transportation

      accounts while exceeding all customers’ expectations.


16.  The ability to meet and exceed all goals set by CEO.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

Must have a college degree preferred in business, transportation, marketing, or other area relating to sales.

 

Strong analytical skills are required.

 

Must have 5 years of provable sales account acquisition and contracting success.

 

Candidate must be able to develop a simple system and organized.

 

Strong oral and written communication skills.

 

Must have experience in the Transportation industry.

 

Must be able to work from a Virtual environment.

 

Individual must be self-motivating and efficient while working independently.

 

Strong computer/PC skills (Excel, Word, Power Point & other marketing software) this also includes typing and CRM.  

 

Understands a 1099 Contract position based on commission while committing to career with DGTTT.
